Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst in a regulated fintech, you will own the data platform and end-to-end pipelines. You’ll partner with Product and commercial teams to translate questions into metrics, models, and actionable recommendations. You will manage dbt models on BigQuery, ensure data quality, and support regulatory reporting and forecasting. This hands-on role offers ownership and visibility, with direct influence on the data platform's evolution.

• Own dbt models on BigQuery from raw data to reporting layers
• Model data across finance, compliance, product, marketing, and revenue with built-in quality tests
• Run regulatory reporting pipelines end-to-end with reconciliations and audit trails
• Migrate legacy reports to a modern, tested pipeline
• Maintain documentation, lineage, and the data catalog
• Build self-serve datasets and support forecasting and planning

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or senior analytics (fintech or regulated environment preferred)
• Strong SQL and hands-on dbt experience; BigQuery experience preferred
• Solid data modelling fundamentals: incremental models, lineage, testing
• Experience with scheduled pipelines and file delivery integrations
• Exposure to financial or regulatory reporting and reconciliation
• Python for automation
• Confidence engaging with non-technical stakeholders and turning ambiguity into clear metrics
