Senior Data Analyst: Labour Optimisation & Scheduling

Soho House is seeking an analytics-focused expert to lead labour optimisation within the Operations ecosystem. You will sit in the Data team and work closely with FP&A to translate productivity insights into forecasts and staffing decisions. The role balances wage percentage improvements with service standards across multiple sites.

You will partner with Finance and House Management to ensure modelling, scheduling, and forecast updates drive measurable gains and tangible action.
