Senior Data Analyst Lead - Hybrid Ecommerce Insights

Digital Waffle is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities in a hybrid Hereford setup. You will build data models, dashboards and automated analytics workflows while mentoring junior analysts and guiding stakeholders to turn data into practical commercial decisions.

You will lead cross-functional analytics projects, own reporting quality, and help shape the data roadmap in collaboration with the Data Science Manager.
