Senior Data Analyst - Operational Excellence

In this role you will drive complex data analytics projects that inform strategic decisions across operations, BI, and tech. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather data, apply advanced analytics, and deliver actionable insights aligned with HelloFresh’s goals. You’ll balance rigorous statistical approaches with AI techniques to shape business decisions and optimize processes. You operate with autonomy, mentor junior analysts, and present findings to diverse stakeholders. • Own and drive projects with minimal supervision, executing complex data queries and advanced analytical frameworks
• Turn ambiguous business challenges into viable analytical solutions
• Apply statistical techniques and AI to address business challenges, guiding decision-making
• Structure projects, manage timelines, and provide updates to stakeholders
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences via visualizations and presentations
• Process, transform, and clean large datasets
• Understand HelloFresh core products and business model to optimize operations
• Mentor junior analysts and support their development

• 3+ years experience in reporting, BI, data analysis, or similar with an operations focus
• Advanced ability to model real-life business operations using assumptions and historical data
• Advanced ability to utilize large language models to guide and enhance tasks
• Advanced understanding of inferential statistics for advanced analytics
• Proficient with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Strong autonomy and proactive communication skills, with the confidence to share findings and challenge assumptions
• Curious mindset with proactive problem-solving and continued learning
• Domain knowledge relevant to operations (e.g. procurement, inventory management, production, logistics)
