As a Senior Data Analyst, you lead analytical initiatives from discovery through delivery for clients and internal stakeholders. You translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, define success metrics, and deliver recommendations. Your work spans dashboards, data modeling, experimentation, and executive storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define business questions, metrics, and measurement strategies with stakeholders
• Lead discovery, validation, analysis, and recommendation delivery
• Design scalable dashboards for executive and operational decisions
• Evaluate A/B tests and interpret statistical findings
• Mentor analysts and review work for analytical rigor

Requirements:

• Four-plus years in analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse querying experience
• Python, R, or similar language proficiency
• Advanced Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or visualization experience
• Experience with KPIs, experiments, modeling, and stakeholder presentations
