Senior Data Analyst SQL Business Intelligence

Transform complex data with advanced SQL and business intelligence skills as a Data Analyst at Cardinal Health Canada. Work hybrid, reporting two days weekly to Vaughan.

This business-oriented Data Analyst supports strategic and operational decision-making through trusted insights. The role combines dashboard development, cloud analytics, data storytelling, and stakeholder facilitation. You will translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions while using emerging technologies, including AI-enabled analytics, to improve insight delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes
• Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics
• Write advanced SQL across multiple enterprise data sources
• Lead discovery workshops and define requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• Five or more years in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
• Advanced SQL and enterprise reporting solution development experience
• Dashboard experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills
