In this role, you will lead data analytics initiatives for top-tier financial institutions, translating data into actionable insights. You’ll build dashboards and models to drive value and efficiency, while helping expand Capco’s UK and Global Data Practice. You will work at the intersection of analytics, AI/ML, and financial services to empower data-driven decisions. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused opportunity in a collaborative, entrepreneurial consulting culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex data analytics initiatives for major financial services clients
  • Apply predictive modelling, segmentation and risk analytics to client challenges
  • Collaborate on designing and building dashboards using Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
  • Interpret large, complex datasets and provide actionable insights using advanced techniques
  • Support growth of the UK and Global Data Practice and drive innovation in AI and machine learning
Key requirements
  • Strong ability to parse, manipulate and review large volumes of data
  • Experience with predictive and diagnostic analytics in CLTV, risk scoring, financial crime or marketing
  • Proficiency in SQL and tools like Python, R, or Spark
  • Skilled in visualization and dashboard development using Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
  • Solid background in Financial Services (Capital Markets, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management)
