Senior Data Analytics Leader - Strategy & Impact (Hybrid)

Flagstone is seeking a senior data leader to transform the data function from a reporting unit to a strategic, commercially-driven insights team. You will partner with the Head of Data to build capability, set the analytics roadmap, and drive adoption across key business tribes.

You will lead from the front on modern tooling and applied data science methods, coaching analysts, defending methodology, and ensuring outputs are trusted and actionable for senior stakeholders.
