Senior Data Analytics Manager – Kings Cross London

Senior Data Analytics Manager leading enterprise-wide data governance and analytics initiatives in Kings Cross. You drive a fact-based culture, align analytics with CSI strategy, and oversee cross-functional DA programs. You will shape data governance, manage budgets and teams, and partner with executives to turn data into actionable business improvements. This role offers impact across multiple domains including data preparation, warehousing, and information delivery, within a governance-enabled organization.

• Champions a data-driven culture focusing on data quality and accountability
• Acts as chair of the data analytics governance council to review policies, priorities, and resource allocations
• Directs and coordinates Data Analytics workstream projects across the enterprise
• Sets up and governs planning processes (inception, design, development, testing, delivery) and approves work plans and resource commitments
• Reviews and approves data architecture, models, and specifications
• Publishes performance metrics and service level plans for DA
• Manages annual budgets for DA assets, personnel, and services
• Recruits, develops, and motivates the DA team
• Advises executives on how DA enhances business management and optimization
• Aligns DA technologies with CSI strategic initiatives and approves tools/frameworks
• Oversees Data governance, Data preparation, Data warehousing, Reporting/analytics, and Information delivery
• Manages a DA center of excellence (DA COE)
• Handles strategic, tactical, operational, financial, human, and technical resources for DA functions

• University degree in computer science, economics, operations, management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a related area with demonstrated management capabilities
• Extensive sector experience in finance, HR, sales, marketing, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, and post-sales service
• Experience with agile software development
• Solid understanding of trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
