Overview

As Senior Data Architect for PM2PA, you will shape the data architecture strategy and oversee the data environment for PM2PA, including integration with Oracle EBS and future cloud connections. You’ll lead data modeling, governance, and integration across on‑prem EBS, SDS, and custom apps, ensuring scalable, high‑quality data flows. You will collaborate with IT, business analysts, and project teams to align data solutions with business objectives and enterprise standards. This role offers the chance to influence critical ERP data ecosystems and drive cloud‑enabled data modernization in a large, multidisciplinary company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive PM2PA data architecture strategy, data models, integration workflows, and governance.
  • Lead Oracle EBS to cloud integration design, including data exchange with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Fusion Cloud using OIC, SOA, and related tools.
  • Oversee performance, scalability, and reliability of PM2PA data flows; optimize storage, indexing, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure data security and regulatory/compliance across PM2PA, EBS, and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with IT, DBAs, developers, business analysts, and PMs to align data solutions with business requirements and timelines, including data migration during upgrades and cloud adoption.
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in data architecture, data analysis, or related IT roles with hands‑on Oracle EBS experience.
  • Deep Oracle EBS knowledge (R12), familiarity with GL/AP/AR, Project Billing and Costing, HCM.
  • Strong data modelling skills (3NF and star schema) and data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience with Oracle integrations: OIC, SOA Suite, ODI, REST/SOAP APIs; real‑time and batch data interfaces.
  • OCI knowledge; experience with ADW or Oracle Cloud databases a plus.
  • Data governance, MDM, data standards, and data quality practices.
  • Experience with BI/analytics tools (OBIEE, Discoverer, Oracle Analytics Cloud) and SQL reporting.
  • Linux and scripting proficiency; familiarity with EBS tools (AutoConfig, concurrent managers) is a plus.
