Senior Data Architect Modeler Toronto

Shape data architecture and modelling solutions as a Senior Data Architect/Modeller in Toronto, with hybrid work across onsite and remote days.

This five-month contract focuses on reviewing business needs, analyzing application data, and designing target data models. You will work with logical and physical models, source-to-target mappings, SQL, and RDBMS analysis. The assignment may be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business needs and requirements for existing IT applications
• Analyze application data and design target data models
• Develop source-to-target mappings from source data models
• Create and manage logical and physical data models
• Communicate modelling outputs to stakeholders and project contributors

Requirements:

• Eight or more years reviewing business needs and related data
• Strong research, data analysis, and IT modelling experience
• Excellent RDBMS knowledge and SQL skills for validation
• Expertise with data modelling tools and enterprise standards
• Ability to collaborate independently with minimal supervision
