Senior Data Business Analyst

Business analysis and SQL expertise define this hybrid Toronto position, with four in-person days preferred weekly at the Toronto office.

This senior data role requires 8-10 years of experience analyzing legacy systems and source-to-target mappings. You will support solution and functional architecture, data analytics, and ignio AIOps initiatives through technical documentation, modeling, and stakeholder workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze legacy systems and target-table mapping documents
• Track target fields to original source-system data elements
• Document source-to-target flows, transformations, keys, and reference data
• Prepare technical designs and mappings for L2/L3 models
• Collaborate with business, data science, and technology teams

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong PL/SQL and T-SQL query optimization skills
• Data modeling, gap analysis, and MS Visio experience
• Data warehousing, ETL, and source-to-target mapping knowledge
• Legacy analysis, profiling, and technical documentation experience
