Senior Data Consultant

In this Senior Consultant role, you lead project delivery and client engagements to translate data into tangible business impact. You work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and clients to define strategies, roadmaps, and actionable plans. You oversee end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and help shape Artefact’s knowledge base while driving commercial momentum. This role offers exposure to diverse missions, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing coaching in a fast-growing data and analytics environment.

• Understand client needs and build a convincing approach to drive mission success
• Formulate strategies, roadmaps, and action plans and communicate them clearly to clients and teammates
• Organise end-to-end project delivery, from briefing to guiding teams and aligning client direction
• Lead by example in deliverables and establish on-ground legitimacy within client contexts
• Drive commercial roadmaps with managers and partners and develop industry/topic expertise project after project
