Elsevier is seeking a Subject Matter Expert – Data Curation (CSD) to resolve complex content-related requests for Scopus records. You will serve as the 2LS escalation point and use OpsBankII, the Bulk Correction Portal, and BACCS to ensure accurate metadata and correct citations.

You will mentor teammates, document SOPs, and drive process improvements while maintaining SLA commitments across the global Scopus database.
