Senior Data Engineer

• Evaluating and comprehending data and information from diverse sources and producing innovative, high-quality solutions to problems that meet Business requirements and drive forward the department strategy.
• Complying with engineering, design and testing standards and practices, and with Admiral IT governance and architectural standards while performing in a heavily regulated environment.
• Acting on core engineering principles and values (accountability, transparency, consistency, quality, re-usability and an automate where possible attitude).

Your Profile

• Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Senior Data Engineer having extensive experience in GCP(Google Cloud Platform) data area or any Cloud experience.
• Creating effective technological solutions for work with big data.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience on Java .
• Hands-on experience on Data Flow or Apache Beam .
• Deep understanding of data concepts primarily inclined towards ETL.
• Hands-on with ETL/DWH and SQL (any RDBMS)
• Hands-on experience with any DB should be able to read/understand/alter stored procedures.
