OB is working with a high-growth FinTech that’s building a modern, cloud-native data platform. The data function is still evolving, giving you genuine influence, ownership, and plenty of greenfield challenges. You’ll join the Data Platform squad as an immediate contribution, shipping code from day one and helping shape their internal data products and warehouse.

What you’ll do

• Build and run scalable ELT pipelines and data models.
• Strengthen data reliability, lineage, observability, governance, and security.
• Champion automation, CI/CD, quality, and cloud-native engineering best practices.
• Mentor teammates and help raise engineering standards across the squad.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional, mission-driven product teams.
• Bring 4+ years of data/backend engineering experience.
• Are strong with DBT, Airflow, Terraform, Python, SQL, and GCP/AWS.
• Understand warehousing, ELT, orchestration, and streaming systems.
• Care about outcomes, automation, simplicity, and quality.
• Enjoy working in cross-functional squads and mentoring others.
