Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer in Growth Intelligence, you design and maintain the integration architecture that links our commercial data tools to a central BigQuery warehouse, enabling reliable data foundations for RevOps, Customer Success, and AI products. You’ll own data contracts, monitor quality, and streamline integration architecture to reduce point-to-point connections. You’ll collaborate with RevOps, BAT, and Analytics Engineers to ensure data is trustworthy and ready for modelling. This role offers impact across GTM analytics and business decisions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines between commercial tools (HubSpot, Zuora, Vitally) and BigQuery warehouse
  • Own reverse ETL flows to push warehouse-enriched data back into operational tools
  • Implement and maintain data contracts with clear ownership, SLAs, and schema agreements
  • Partner with RevOps and BAT to translate operational data requirements into reliable pipelines
  • Build monitoring and alerting to catch data quality issues early
  • Centralise data flows to simplify integration architecture and reduce maintenance
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to ensure outputs are structured for downstream modelling
  • Engage with tool owners and engineering teams to push data quality and schema discipline upstream
Key requirements
  • Proven experience building and maintaining production data pipelines in a commercial/GTM environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models and APIs (HubSpot or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with reverse ETL patterns
  • Extensive BigQuery experience
  • Experience implementing data contracts in production
  • Python proficiency for pipelines and tooling
  • Git-based workflows and CI/CD for data engineering code
  • Collaborative mindset
