Senior Data Engineer (Hybrid) — Healthcare Data Pipelines

Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for musculoskeletal care and seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own ingestion pipelines from EHRs into Databricks. You will ensure data correctness, build de-identified exports for research, and maintain gaps in data flow across product and research partners. You’ll work on a small, hands-on team writing production code with TypeScript and Python, in a hybrid setup distributed across NYC and Vancouver.
