CreateFuture is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive discovery and analysis of a large SQL Server estate for a major FS client. You will mentor a small team, validate findings with code and data, and shape the remediation and modernization path while working closely with client data and platform teams.

The role is hybrid with two days on site in Glasgow, requiring strong SQL Server expertise, and experience with AWS RDS and AI-assisted tooling to surface insights at scale.
