In this role, you leverage data management and analytics expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients. You work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making. You will operate in a client-facing environment, guiding projects from inception to delivery while staying ahead with innovative data solutions. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data solutions
  • Lead or contribute to end-to-end data projects and deployments (data pipelines, dashboards, reports)
  • Develop and optimise data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark
  • Build and publish dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Mentor or lead technical/project teams and promote best practices
  • Engage in DevOps and infrastructure deployments (Azure, Databricks)
  • Ensure data ingestion, transformation, and quality control processes are robust
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Key requirements
  • Multi-skilled experience across data disciplines (Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Data Science, BI)
  • Databricks with PySpark for data pipelines
  • Dashboard/report experience (Power BI)
  • Python and SQL proficiency with complex queries
  • Project experience with Tableau/Power BI/Azure/AWS/GCP/Snowflake and Databricks integration
  • Experience with data ingestion, transformation, quality control
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; leadership or delivery ownership experience
  • Awareness of industry standards, regulations, and development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, DevOps)
  • DevOps/infrastructure deployment experience (Azure, Databricks)
  • Team player and able to work independently
