Build ETL/ELT data pipelines with Air Canada Vacations in Montréal or Mississauga, using advanced SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.

As a Data Analyst Developer reporting to the Lead Data Analyst Developer, you will support analysis, development, integration, and automation. Your work contributes to a cloud-centric transformation toward data lake and lake house environments. You will apply pipeline engineering, database, and data architecture expertise across IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain medallion-based data lake pipelines
  • Participate throughout software development lifecycle phases
  • Analyze requirements and implement data system modifications
  • Provide third-level data infrastructure support
  • Create technical specifications and operational reports

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in an IT role
  • 5+ years developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
  • 5+ years in a multi-cloud environment
  • Advanced SQL and Python, including PySpark
  • Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, and Parquet
