Senior Data Quality Officer (REDEPLOYEE APPLICANTS ONLY)

In this role you ensure accurate student data to support statutory reporting and governance. You’ll work within Academic Operations to improve data quality, collaborate with Schools and Professional Services, and promote compliant data practices. You’ll develop reporting frameworks, investigate data issues, and drive improvements that enable audit readiness and informed decision-making. • Develop and monitor reporting frameworks for statutory returns and student data quality
• Analyse data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements with stakeholders
• Promote effective use of student data, support audit readiness, and ensure GDPR and institutional compliance

• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting tools and databases
• Experience with student record systems, e.g., SITS
• Knowledge of data quality and governance principles
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and resolve data quality issues, working with diverse stakeholders
