Senior Data Science Consultant

In this role you will lead and support Agentic AI, GenAI and analytics projects, guiding the full ML lifecycle for major clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and showcase AI value through workshops and client engagements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment, contributing to bids, thought leadership, and internal innovation. This position offers hybrid roles in multiple UK cities and a chance to shape cutting-edge AI initiatives at scale.

• Lead delivery of Agentic AI, GenAI, Data Science and Analytics projects across the ML lifecycle
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions
• Demonstrate AI value through workshops, presentations and engagements
• Apply advanced data science techniques (statistical modelling, NLP, time-series, spatial analysis, mathematical modelling)
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced setting
• Contribute to business growth via bids, proposals, and thought leadership
• Support internal innovation, whitepapers, practice development and mentoring
• Continuously develop skills across AI, analytics and cloud technologies

• Experience delivering Data Science, Analytics or Agentic/GenAI solutions in client-facing or consulting contexts
• Strong knowledge of the ML lifecycle and advanced analytics methods
• Passion for showing how Agentic AI and GenAI unlock business value
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience deriving actionable insights from complex data
• Experience in consultancy or industry environments
