Senior Data Scientist

In this Senior Data Scientist role, you turn first-party customer data into actionable tools that drive acquisition, retention and growth. You will work across existing products and new developments, partnering with marketing and CRM to activate model outputs in campaigns and measure impact. You’ll move models from concept to production, ensuring they scale and deliver business value. This is a fast-moving, consultancy-style environment with exposure to multiple brands and datasets.

• Develop customer segments from behavioural and transactional data to support targeted action
• Build and validate propensity, churn, customer-value models and customer-level forecasts
• Handle data preparation, feature engineering and model evaluation on multi-year datasets
• Collaborate with marketing/CRM teams to activate model outputs in campaigns and measure outcomes
• Take models through production with engineering, monitor performance and iteratively improve
• Present recommendations to product teams, clients and senior stakeholders

• Experience building models on first-party customer data (behaviour and transactions)
• Strong track record in segmentation design and validation
• Predictive modeling experience (propensity, churn, value or forecasting)
• Experience in marketing activation and CRM journey integration
• Production-ready delivery with move from notebooks to maintainable solutions
• Strong statistical foundations and ability to justify technical choices
• Consultancy, agency or client-facing experience is valuable
