Senior / Lead Data Scientists (Agentic AI) Location:

Permanent, Contract full time About the company Our client is a global data and AI consultancy, helping some of the world's best-known organisations turn data and AI into real business results. Their London team is growing fast, and agentic AI is a big part of their work with clients. The role You'll design, build and deliver agentic AI and LLM solutions for clients, from first idea through to production. You'll lead a small team of data scientists, work closely with consultants and client stakeholders, and help shape how the team delivers AI work as it grows. What you'll do Build and deploy agentic and LLM-based systems that clients rely on Write production-quality Python and SQL Deploy and run solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) Lead, mentor and develop data scientists on client projects Explain complex technical work clearly to non-technical clients Help shape new AI offerings as the team grows What you'll bring Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic or LLM systems into production, not just prototypes Strong Python and SQL Experience with at least one major cloud platform Experience leading people or a delivery team Clear, confident communication with stakeholders Nice to have Consulting or client-facing delivery experience Experience evaluating and monitoring LLM systems (testing, guardrails, cost control) MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow or CI/CD pipelines We Are Dcoded is acting as an employment agency in relation to this permanent vacancy.
