Senior Data Scientist - Business Operations

In this role you will work in BizOps to translate complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions at a global scale. You will own end-to-end analytics projects, from framing ambiguous questions to delivering rigorous, actionable answers that inform senior stakeholders. You’ll build pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring to keep performance visible and trustworthy, while digging deep into investigations to explain drivers and outcomes. The opportunity combines strategic impact with hands-on data work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Answer priority questions with continuous performance monitoring and insights
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics work aligned to business goals
• Deconstruct ambiguity into structured analytical roadmaps
• Build scalable pipelines, dashboards, monitoring, and tooling
• Design rigorous measurement strategies, from A/B tests to quasi-experiments
• Act as a first responder to deviations and communicate findings clearly
• Influence roadmaps with findings and recommendations
• Raise the analytics bar through sharing best practices and improving data literacy

• Experience in an analytical/data science role (analytics, data science, forecasting, planning, strategy analytics)
• Proficiency with SQL and a scripting language (Python or R)
• Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau)
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools and maintaining accuracy/reproducibility
• Pragmatic, fast-paced problem-solving with analytical rigor
• Strong problem-solving and ability to turn ambiguous questions into data-driven conclusions
• Experience with experimentation/causal inference is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking; able to translate business needs into analytical problems
