Senior Database Administrator – MariaDB/MySQL | Hybrid

Technify Talent Limited is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to take ownership of a complex, high-availability MariaDB/MySQL environment in Reading. The role is hybrid and permanent, working closely with engineers and data teams to ensure secure, resilient and optimised database operations.

You will design migrations, optimise performance, implement backup and DR strategies, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
