Senior Database Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Senior individual contributor on the Reliability team, owning database performance and reliability.
• Work with CockroachDB and PostgreSQL in a distributed, payments-scale environment.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and improve slow queries, indexes, and distributed database issues.
• Guide engineering teams on schema migrations, design reviews, and incident response.
• Own database observability, backup validation, and capacity planning.
