Senior Databricks Consultant - Data & AI Engineering

In this role you will help leading enterprises turn data into decisions by building scalable Databricks-based data and AI platforms. You’ll work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into production-grade data and ML solutions, driving value under pressure. You will co-develop with client teams, guide architecture and delivery, and identify opportunities to expand EPAM services. • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and data requirements
• Design, develop and implement data solutions using Databricks
• Engage with senior stakeholders on decision-making
• Translate complex business requirements into practical Data Driven/ML/AI solutions
• Rapid prototyping to production to de-risk high-stakes client initiatives
• Architect and deliver end-to-end data solutions
• Hands-on co-development with client/EPAM teams to build data pipelines, streaming/batch architectures and production-grade AI/ML systems on Databricks
• Lead delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Drive revenue within the client/account portfolio by identifying opportunities and supporting pre-sales

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience
• Extensive experience in Data & AI, especially building enterprise data and ML/AI platforms
• Proven Databricks expertise with hands-on implementation and certifications
• Strong background in solution architecture on Azure and AWS
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to analyze complex business requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, ML or advanced data engineering
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience leading delivery teams and driving successful project outcomes
