M&G is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for the Servicing AI programme within Life Technology. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, turning a strategic roadmap into working capability at pace, safely and at scale.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, embed AI and automation into processes, and ensure governance and risk controls align with PRA, FCA and DORA obligations. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering flexible working arrangements.
