Senior Desktop AI Support Engineer

Perplexity is seeking a Customer User Support specialist to assist desktop app users, troubleshooting technical issues and helping customers maximize value from our AI-native browsing experience.

In this role you will be the dedicated technical resource for desktop browser users, work with Enterprise, Mobile and Desktop teams to resolve problems, and translate user learnings into scalable improvements with Engineering and Go-To-Market.
