Overview

As Senior Developer, you will scale the global client portal by delivering robust .NET 10 backend services and modern REST APIs. You’ll own architecture and data migration from legacy endpoints, driving performance, security, and product adoption. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and apply DevSecOps practices to raise engineering quality. Responsibilities
  • Deliver new portal capabilities to boost client value and adoption
  • Design, build, and maintain .NET 10 backend services and APIs
  • Migrate data access from legacy endpoints to REST-based services
  • Own architecture and implementation decisions for the portal's next phase
  • Maintain high code quality through standards, reviews, and practices
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Apply secure and resilient engineering practices (DevSecOps)
  • Monitor emerging tech trends, including AI, for engineering outcomes
  • Serve as senior technical point of contact for the product area
  • Mentor teammates within a small Scrum team environment
Key requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of commercial software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET (incl. .NET 10) in production
  • Experience building ASP.NET Core APIs
  • Azure platform experience for hosting, integrations, and delivery
  • Strong SQL experience (PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server)
  • Experience with Redis caching strategies
  • Experience with FluentValidation
  • Understanding of secure API development and modern auth (Auth0 or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
  • Experience applying AI in engineering practice
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset
  • Ability to work in a small Agile/Scrum team
