Overview
As a Senior Developer in our Consulting practice, you will design, build, and deliver secure, scalable .NET and Azure-based solutions for client projects. You will lead stakeholder engagements and shape technical strategy, applying deep expertise to translate business needs into robust outcomes. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor others to raise delivery quality. This is a high-impact role with a platform to showcase your leadership and technical authority.

- Design, develop, and support secure, scalable .NET/Azure solutions
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Build and maintain Azure PaaS services, integrations, and APIs
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, and/or Bicep
- Produce technical documentation, estimates, and delivery artefacts
- Collaborate in an agile team and mentor others while pursuing continuous improvement
- Strong .NET/C# development expertise
- Advanced Azure DevOps and/or GitHub skills with CI/CD pipelines/GitHub Actions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS (Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, APIs, managed identities, integration patterns, Entra-based solutions)
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep
- Strong communication, documentation, estimation, and client-facing skills in agile delivery
- Collaborative, team-oriented leader able to mentor and guide delivery teams
