Overview

As a Senior Developer, you will help design and build a next‑generation platform to modernise complex workflows. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable services, applying clean architecture and DDD. You’ll write high‑quality, testable code with a focus on delivering a better user experience and migrating from legacy systems. This role offers ownership, mentoring opportunities, and a chance to shape a major platform transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build new services and features for a next‑generation platform
  • Apply Clean Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design to solution design
  • Write high‑quality, testable code with strong testing discipline (TDD encouraged)
  • Collaborate with product to shape requirements and propose effective solutions
  • Support migration away from legacy systems
  • Mentor mid‑level and junior developers in best practices
  • Operate within a team‑led model with initiative and ownership
Key requirements
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Node or similar modern stacks
  • Interest in Clean Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design
  • Commitment to clean, maintainable code
  • Product‑focused mindset and user understanding
  • Self‑starter with ability to work independently
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, or broader DevOps tooling
  • Exposure to React Native / Expo
  • Experience contributing to re‑platforming or system modernization projects
