Senior Developer Advocate

As a Senior Developer Advocate, you will create deep-dive technical content and demos that connect search, AI, and observability with the Elastic Stack. You will engage the global developer community, publish high-quality videos, and showcase end-to-end Search + AI and observability use cases. You’ll stay current with trends and contribute to Elasticsearch Labs and the YouTube channel. Your work helps users succeed by exemplifying Elastic’s platform and ecosystem.

• Produce high-quality technical videos covering search, AI/ML, observability, and Elasticsearch as a platform
• Explain how Elasticsearch integrates with tools and protocols in the ecosystem (LLMs, frameworks, OpenTelemetry, cloud providers)
• Prototype and publish sample applications demonstrating end-to-end Search + AI or observability use cases
• Add a creative angle to content to engage existing users and attract new audiences
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams from hands-on experience and community interactions
• Contribute to Elasticsearch Labs and the YouTube channel

• Proven track record of creating highly technical and engaging videos
• Strong technical background in an engineering role
• Empathy for the community and ability to relay feedback to improve products
• Experience working in a distributed, self-driven, and self-organizing environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
