Senior Developer (Microsoft Dynamics & Integration)

In this role you design, develop and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and related Azure-based solutions. You work with architects, product teams and suppliers to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality integrations and extensions. You’ll contribute to transformation initiatives, optimise performance and build robust CI/CD pipelines. You will mentor juniors and promote best practices while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive reliable, customer-focused technology. • Design, develop and maintain Dynamics 365 and Dataverse customisations and extensions
• Build and maintain C#/.NET server-side plugins, workflows and integration services
• Develop integrations with external APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks) with strong error handling
• Create front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Collaborate with architecture teams to translate designs into scalable solutions
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure alignment with internal standards
• Support live operations including issue resolution, releases and performance improvements
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps practices
• Contribute to data modelling, integration strategies and performance optimisation
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across systems
• Provide input into planning, estimation and technical risk assessment
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practice across the team

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Dataverse
• Proficient in C# and .NET for backend and integration development
• Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and authentication methods
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices and Azure services
• Good understanding of databases and data modelling principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
