Senior Developer Support Engineer, VPC Deployment

In this role you drive technical onboarding and bespoke VPC deployments for Unity’s strategic enterprise customers. You balance hands-on leadership with a consultative approach, acting as the main technical contact from discovery to successful deployment. You’ll own end-to-end VPC implementations, help customers scale, and partner with internal teams to evolve the product based on deployment feedback. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on delivering reliable, scalable networking solutions at scale.

• Lead proactive onboarding and solution design for strategic customers to meet deployment and testing criteria
• Manage multiple customer projects and onboardings as the primary technical contact
• Regularly assess customer environments to optimize performance and scalability
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer-driven product enhancements based on deployment experiences

• 5–7 years in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise IT or cloud services
• Expertise designing connectivity solutions for complex enterprise networks (Direct Connect/ExpressRoute, VPN redundancy, Transit Gateways)
• Knowledge of securing VPCs to enterprise standards (SOC 2/ISO), including PrivateLink endpoints, WAF configuration, and strict Security Group architecture
• Proven ability to run whiteboard discovery sessions mapping current- vs future-state infrastructure and identify risks
