Senior DevEx Engineer

In this role, you will help Flo remove friction for product teams by building self-service tooling and a robust core stack. You’ll shape platform engineering practices to emphasize security, observability, and scalability at scale. You will drive reliability and privacy features, ensuring a resilient, high-performance infrastructure. • Build self-service tools enabling product teams to move faster while keeping system stability
• Architect and evolve the core stack (AWS, EKS, Terraform)
• Lead reliability initiatives and sustain a healthy on-call rotation
• Support infrastructure for privacy features such as Anonymous Mode
• Implement best-in-class observability (metrics, logs, tracing) to detect issues early

• 6+ years in Infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps for high-traffic distributed environments
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Scripting/building tools in Python, Go, Scala, or Bash
• Doc-first mentality and cross-team collaboration
