Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, automation, containerization, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will drive DevOps best practices, enable scalable deployments, and ensure high availability and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident response.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote best practices.
• Support Agile and DevSecOps initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Linux/Unix administration.
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one).
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Scripting: Bash, Shell, Python.
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk.
• Version Control: Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Security: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability
• Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience supporting high-availability, production systems.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good to HaveExperience with DevSecOps practices.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Helm, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.
• Cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
