Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Own the cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring that keep our grocery business running. Our stores, apps, and deliveries depend on it, so reliability is non-negotiable.

What you’ll work on

• Cloud infrastructure across services and regions (primarily AWS)
• CI/CD pipelines that let the team ship safely and often
• Monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production systems
• Containerised, orchestrated services with security built in

What you’ll do

• Design, run, and scale cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines so the team ships safely and often.
• Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Containerise and orchestrate services (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bake in security and cost-efficiency by default.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud/platform engineering.
• Deep AWS experience and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar).
• Strong with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Calm under pressure and good at preventing fires, not just fighting them.
• Automation-minded and happy to adopt AI ops tooling.
