Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer specialising in Azure who will build, automate and operate a scalable fintech platform. You’ll own CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and operational tooling, working across Windows and Linux in a highly collaborative setting. You’ll apply modern software engineering practices to improve platform resilience and deployment automation while shaping the evolution of the technology stack. This is a role with significant impact on developer productivity and system reliability within a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities
  • Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform/Ansible
  • Manage and operate cloud infrastructure (Azure, with cross-cloud exposure)
  • Implement monitoring and operational tooling to improve reliability
  • Collaborate across Windows and Linux environments and cross-functional teams
Key requirements
  • DevOps experience in an Azure environment
  • Software engineering background (C# or Python preferred)
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
  • Experience with Docker orchestration via Kubernetes
  • Experience with public cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Knowledge of modern software engineering best practices
  • Willingness to join a start-up and shape the role
