Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer in a tech-startup backed by an investment-management firm. You will establish and lead the DevOps function, automate infrastructure and CI, and enhance monitoring to improve reliability. You’ll shape tooling and processes to streamline delivery and reduce manual work, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers impact in a growth-focused environment and the chance to influence architecture and operations from the outset.

Responsibilities
  • Establish theDevOps function and set up policies and processes
  • Automate infrastructure and systems for efficient operations
  • Own and maintain CI infrastructure to support rapid code delivery
  • Develop and enhance monitoring/diagnostic tools for better visibility
  • Deliver automation solutions that improve end-user experience and reduce manual work
Key requirements
  • 2.1 BSc from a top-tier university in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • DevOps experience in Azure environment
  • Software engineering background with C# or Python; strong PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with Docker orchestration via Kubernetes
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
  • Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices
  • Willingness to join a startup and influence the role
