- Extensive experience with DevOps tooling, containers and containerisation
- Translate business requirements into technical implementation for stakeholders
- Act as a business SME to map business needs to DevOps delivery
- Stakeholder management to ensure service effectiveness and prioritization
- Support improvements in automation, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with Development, QA, IT Operations, Infosec, UCD to follow DevOps best practices
- 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
- Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes and Helm experience
- Experience with multiple ecosystem databases, architecture and integration
- Experience with monitoring tools for reliability and performance
- AWS Cloud experience
- CI/CD: Jenkins pipelines
- Liquibase schema change management
- Automation scripting (Python)
- GitOps understanding
- Java and Maven for builds
- Core principle orientation toward automation and proactive monitoring
