Senior DevX Engineer

In this role you enable product teams to move fast without sacrificing security and reliability by building a platform-as-product for developer experience. You’ll collaborate with stream-aligned teams, applying XP practices and TDD to create reusable golden paths for easy, safe deployments. You drive infrastructure as code, zero-downtime releases, and scalable cloud deployment patterns across AWS (with GCP familiarity as a plus). You shape internal tooling and standards to reduce cognitive load and support secure, rapid software delivery across the org.

• Build shared GoLang libraries to enhance developer experience
• Implement secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, IAM best practices, and cloud security frameworks
• Develop infrastructure as code and immutable, zero-downtime deployment patterns
• Support trunk-based development and TDD within XP practices
• Collaborate with stream-aligned teams to align goals and reduce cognitive load in deployments
• Promote platform-as-product approach and internal developer platform improvements
• Leverage AWS-focused stack (EKS, RDS, AmazonMQ, MSK) and Terraform, Python, TypeScript, GitLab

• experience with cloud engineering and deployment engineering
• familiarity with AWS; some GCP experience is a plus
• proficiency in Terraform, GoLang, Python, TypeScript
• understanding of secure CI/CD, IAM, and security benchmarks (CIS, AWS Well-Architected)
• knowledge of XP practices (TDD, pair programming, trunk-based development)
• ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive best practices
