As a Senior Consultant on Konrad’s Strategy team, you will support rapid-to-market initiatives and large-scale digital transformations. You will shape AI-enabled solutions, interpret business challenges, and connect design, technology, management, and finance perspectives. The work includes building business cases for digital and AI investments and helping clients prioritize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through medium and large digital projects
• Shape digital and AI-enabled client solutions
• Facilitate strategy and design thinking workshops
• Interpret challenges with design and technology teams
• Mentor junior members using AI tools effectively

Requirements:

• Four or more years of relevant experience
• Experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams
• Understanding of AI in digital products and processes
• Strong client collaboration and relationship management record
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skills
