Senior Digital Data Analyst

As a Senior Digital Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into actionable insights for infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with digital and engineering teams across regional and global spaces to craft analyses that answer client questions and boost engagement. You will mentor junior analysts, manage ETL processes, and develop advanced dashboards and GIS outputs to drive decisions. • Demonstrate advanced ability and relevant qualifications in data analytics
• Lead and mentor junior data analysts
• Collaborate with Operations and Technical leads to ensure timely data visualization and analytics delivery
• Apply advanced ETL techniques to data
• Create advanced dashboards in Power BI and other visualization tools
• Produce solutions following best practices and company standards
• Generate advanced visual outputs in GIS
• Interpret and create complex metrics from large datasets
• Set up and manage relational database tables (SQL Server and Dataverse)
• Engage with clients and present data in layman’s terms with strategic insights
• Identify new project opportunities with clients and lead bids
• Stay updated with trends in data analytics and apply them
• Design and develop low-code solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role
• Degree and/or experience in data analytics, computer science, or related fields
• Advanced knowledge of dashboarding platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker
• Proven ability to tell a story from data
• Ability to recognise tangible benefits of applying data analytics to client problem statements
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented
• Python experience (preferred)
• GIS experience (preferred)
• Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI) accreditation or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience leading data analytics projects and teams (preferred)
• Experience in consulting and securing bids (preferred)
