Senior Digital Transformation Analyst

Shape e-commerce transformation through process mapping, data analysis, and functional specifications as a Senior Analyst based in Kimberley. A hybrid model is provided.

As a Senior Digital Transformation Analyst, you will support operational improvements across the e-commerce platform. The work includes identifying optimization opportunities, documenting requirements, and bridging business users with development teams. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and e-commerce operations knowledge are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions
• Conduct e-commerce data and metrics analysis
• Define KPIs and success metrics for projects
• Facilitate communication between users and development teams
• Support testing and implementation of system enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum five years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Significant focus on e-commerce platforms and digital transformation
• Strong understanding of e-commerce models and key functionalities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
• Experience with data analysis and reporting is beneficial
