Senior Digital Transformation Business Analyst

Transform complex insurance-sector needs into practical technology solutions as a Senior Business Systems Analyst working 100% remotely in Ontario. Apply discovery and stakeholder engagement skills.

This one-year contract supports digital transformation through pre-discovery, Lean UX sessions, solution planning, and end-to-end validation. You will analyze business and technology platforms, assess current and future states, and align requirements with practical roadmaps. The work includes executive engagement and cross-functional planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-discovery and problem-framing with business sponsors
• Facilitate Lean UX sessions and discovery workshops
• Create requirements, epics, user stories, and data mappings
• Assess change impacts, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leaders

Requirements:

• Experience transforming legacy systems into modern solutions
• Experience with data and integration modelling
• Experience developing business cases and leadership recommendations
• Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, controls, and security
• Proficiency using AI for exploration, analysis, and documentation
