Senior Director AI Transformation

As Senior Director, AI Business Enablement, you will own transformation ambition for a Line of Business or Function. You will set vision, originate opportunities, frame programs, and align senior leaders. The work combines AI/ML, process re-engineering, business model redesign, and delivery partnership with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strategic relationships with senior business leaders
• Identify, size, and prioritize AI transformation opportunities
• Validate solution concepts through rapid proof-of-concept cycles
• Frame business cases, go-to-market strategies, and programs
• Lead and develop high-performing leaders

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive professional experience
• Track record building AI or technology-driven solutions
• Executive communication skills influencing SVP+ leaders
• Experience re-engineering processes or redesigning business models
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, and data platforms
