Senior Director Data AI Strategy

Lead National Bank’s wealth management data and artificial intelligence strategy in a hybrid model requiring office presence three days weekly. Drive analytics, automation, and reporting transformation.

As Senior Director, you will lead data strategy, AI technologies, BI and reporting platforms, and IBOR operations. You will modernize ecosystems and legacy systems while aligning technology delivery with business objectives and regulatory standards. The mandate includes strategic intelligence, customer statements, tax slips, and scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deploy wealth management data and AI strategy
• Ensure data governance, security, quality, and technology integration
• Lead Wealth Management BI and Reporting team
• Design real-time and self-service BI solutions
• Manage delivery budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent education and experience
• 10 years of relevant IT leadership experience
• Strong data strategy, AI, Databricks, Snowflake, and BI experience
• Experience modernizing legacy and cloud-based systems
• French and English language proficiency
